My role in this mission was to create the human "digital twin" platform. At the time, we didn't have APIs like VAPI to work with, so I spent a lot of time writing voice AI models from papers, transcription and voice-to-voice models from scratch and writing the infrastructure to host it around the world. I spent a lot of time working on models architected and researched by Google including AudioLM, SoundStorm and SpearTTS. I also created a voice cloning model based on TortoiseTTS.

Though I am not opposed to crypto, I have never traded it. Nevertheless, I started Crypto Tax Calculator as a programmatic SEO project that took off. As it began to compete with more established businesses for lucrative search positions, it was purchased by Koinly.io, the leading crypto tax software company.

I first joined the Roche Pharmaceuticals lung cancer team in Auckland as a Project Engineer II, assisting with the management of a portfolio of drugs including Tecentriq, Alecensa, and Avastin. Later, I joined the Roche Pharmaceuticals Solid Tumour Cancers team as a Machine Learning Engineer working on models to predict patient outcomes. While I value the experience, I discovered I was not well-suited to working in such organisations.
